This policy explains what Elbadri Innovations LLC (“Nomad,” “we”) collects when you shop with us, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to take and fulfil an order.

What we collect

• —Shipping address — to produce and deliver your order;
• —Order history — the items, sizes, and amounts of your purchases;
• —Basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address), used by our hosting provider for security and to serve the site.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never stored by Nomad. We receive only confirmation of payment and the information needed to fulfil and support your order.

Fulfilment

Items are made to order. To produce and ship your order we share your name, shipping address, and order details with our third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partner, solely to fulfil that order.

Cookies & analytics

Nomad does not run any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site — there is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no behavioural tracking. The only cookies that may be set are the functional ones Stripe uses on its own checkout to process your payment securely. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs for security and reliability. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

Your choices & deletion

You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing nyc@muhammadelbadri.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to keep certain records (for example, order and tax records) where the law requires it.
